PLEASE NOTE: We are closing for some days in December, January and February – perhaps even into March – to complete work on our planned third bedroom for next season. The B&B as such is not affected by noise or dust and we are happy to take guests who contact us directly. It is simply that coordination of tradespeople can be challenging, so we do not know at present how long or, as yet, which dates exactly this will take place. As always, you are our priority so please feel free to drop us a line or give us a call to ask if we have availability on the dates you wish to come. Rest assured, we will do our very best to accommodate you and are here for our guests whenever possible!

- PETS: As our home is anti-allergy, we do not take pets
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Check-in is from 4.00 – 6.00 pm Check-out is by 10.30 am
- HOUSEKEEPING DAILY: Housekeeping takes place daily between 11.00 – 13.00 hours. If you wish to stay in your room during this period, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle and housekeeping will not take place. If you wish your room to be cleaned, please ensure it is free during these hours, thank you.
- USE OF INDIVIDUAL FRIDGE: An individual fridge per room is provided free of charge and is to be found in the entrance hall close to your rooms. We provide crockery, cutlery and a dedicated microwave for your convenience and request £2.00 per room per day into the honesty box for the use of this service. Takeaways and use of own food and drink allowed in dining area and lounge, please not in the bedrooms. We request you place used crockery and cutlery on the tray provided – thank you.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you book with us via the direct booking system, you will be requested to pay the deposit of the first night with your card to confirm your booking and will then receive an invoice for your stay via your email address. This will state that our preferred method of payment for the balance due is via BACS and the payment of the balance is required two weeks before your stay. If you book within the two-week period before your stay, we require payment in full – thank you. We look forward to meeting you!
